Alumni Fund scholarships have enabled me to focus on my passions and studies instead of struggling to support myself by carrying the huge financial burden of college. Most students in 2015 are graduating with thousands of dollars in debt. These scholarships not only give students the ability to attend college and to succeed at their chosen fields, but also foster a deep appreciation in the student for the opportunity to attend an incredible university such as UMKC.
Last year, your generosity helped fund scholarships, research, study abroad and internship experiences for thousands of UMKC students.
