Retiree Email Retention form - request to retain your email after retirement. Upon faculty or staff retirement, email is not retained by default.
If the form is submitted within 30 days of retirement date, the email account will be preserved.
If the form is filled out after 30 days from your retirement date, you will be given a new email account. No prior email will be preserved.
You will receive an email confirming your form submission once it is processed.
