Our new Data Request Portal is a third-party service provided by Atlassian.
In the text box under "Log in to continue" enter your @umkc.edu email address and click continue. Please do not use @umsystem.edu.
You will then be redirected to log in normally using your SSO.
You may receive an email asking for account verification with a security warning at the top. This is a valid request coming from Atlassian. Please follow the instructions in the email.
If you are requesting access to existing reports containing student data, please fill out this form and follow the instructions for submission: https://www.umkc.edu/registrar/docs/pathway_access_form.pdf
Effective February 21, 2023, data requests must come from an authorized administrative or academic unit leader. For academic units, this means Associate Deans or above. For Administrative units, this means Associate Vice Chancellors or Division Director equivalents. Requests not following this criteria will be rejected.
For those who are not authorized administrative or academic unit leaders, you may still fill out the request in the portal but you must attach documentation to verify approval.
