The university's approach to compensation is to provide salary opportunities that are competitive with those of comparable organizations for jobs of similar responsibility and for which we compete for talent.

Our commitment

Compensation exists to promote fair, equitable and competitive staff compensation policies, programs and practices that support management and the university’s mission.

To accomplish this, the compensation team provides these services.

Leave programs

The university's leave programs provides a variety of leave options to support work-life balance and employee well-being.

The Staff Leave Program applies to benefit-eligible administrative, service and support staff and certain non-regular academic employees as approved by the president.
