The goal of the HR Talent Management team is to provide a range of professional development and training opportunities to meet our community's needs. We have many options available, including instructor-led courses, online learning resources in Percipio, certificate programs, and partnerships with education providers. Additionally, Talent Management offers coaching and consultation services to individuals and work teams such as assessments.

Percipio is an online tool that helps us support our ongoing commitment to the continuing development of faculty and staff. Users can choose to follow learning paths curated based on role or the skills they'd like to develop. They can also select from over 700 learning channels, each based on a skill employees and organizations regularly identify as valuable. Learn more

Supervisor Development Series (SDS)
This Supervisor Development Series hosted by UM System is designed for newly hired or promoted supervisors who manage staff. By participating in this program, supervisors and managers will be equipped with the fundamental skills necessary to be an effective manager of talent. Learn more
The Series on Leadership Essentials (SOLE)
The Series on Leadership Essentials is dedicated to helping you lead in your role, and is facilitated by the University of Missouri System Human Resources Learning and Organizational Development team. This program focuses on developing leaders in the areas of communication, engagement, giving and receiving feedback, and navigating change. Employees who participate in SOLE include employees from throughout the University of Missouri System, from St. Louis, Kansas City, Rolla, Columbia, and the rest of the State of Missouri. Learn more
