The Faculty Success Program is NCFDD’s most popular program. It is a 12-week online program that helps tenure-track and tenured faculty develop the skills necessary to increase research and writing productivity while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The cost is $4,550 per faculty member. The Provost's office will offer a limited number of scholarships to this program each year.
Information about NCFDD and how to register for this organization can be found on the UM System page for NCFDD.
In February 2023, UMKC will provide three scholarships to cover the cost of the program. This year priority consideration will be given to mid-career faculty. For application information, please visit the NCFDD Faculty Success Program page on the Provost’s website.
