Biography

As a first-generation college student myself, a lot of the "obvious" answers to questions were not so obvious to me. Advocate for yourself and ask, ask, ask!

UMKC has a large, diverse student population where there are over 79 countries represented!

I love the LatinX community in KC. It is ever growing and there is always a fun new ice cream shop (paleteria) or bakery (panaderia) to go to!

I love to grill, host get-together, watch sports games such as soccer and football. I love coffee, sunsets and sunrises, and most definitely love to travel.
