Through a formal process of review, citizen confidence and trust is preserved, which establishes and maintains open communications in the university community.
All complaints directed against UMKCPD, its employees or practices shall be promptly investigated. UMKCPD will accept written or verbal complaints. UMKCPD maintains a brochure available to the public on how to make a complaint. This brochure is available during lobby hours or on the UMKCPD web site for access by the public.
