SWE Scholarships support those who identify as a woman and pursue an ABET-accredited bachelor or graduate student program in preparation for careers in engineering, engineering technology, and fields related to engineering globally. In 2024, SWE awarded nearly 328 new and renewed scholarships valued at nearly $1,500,000.
Candidates must identify as a woman, be studying/planning to study an ABET-accredited program in engineering, technology, or computing in the upcoming academic year, be planning to attend full-time, and not be fully funded for tuition, fees, and books or equivalent.
Award amount varies depending on the specific scholarship received.
