As an academic advisor, I am here to help students become self-authors of their lives. I am here to assist students in achieving their academic, personal, and professional goals. Through appreciative advising, I strive to holistically get to know students and help them identify their passions and interests that will lead to a fulfilling major and career choice. I recognize that each student has a unique set of strengths and weaknesses and tailor my advising in regard to these. I empower students to be independent and grow in professionalism. Ultimately, I provide wisdom and guidance to all students through active listening and help them develop into the person they want to become.
