Enterprise Support

The Enterprise Support team provides the foundation for many of the computing services available to UMKC’s faculty, staff, and students. Our team develops tools and processes that enable large-scale software deployment, asset management, automated software renewals, management of group policy, website support, and much more.

The Enterprise Support team works closely with the Technology Support Center to provide direct customer support on issues that require a high level of expertise or coordination with other departments and/or vendors. We also provide the Remote Labs and RooLabs Online resources, both of which are invaluable for our students. These tools provide access to much of our campus-licensed software from any location, giving students convenient access to the tools they need to succeed.

From integrating a myriad of software on the latest operating systems to managing the internal systems that allow you to print on campus, the Enterprise Support team is dedicated to providing you with a stable, seamless computing environment.
