The Classroom Technology team designs, installs, maintains, and supports technology-enriched teaching environments for students and faculty on all UMKC campuses. The primary services include:
- Classroom & teaching environment services
- ILE Classroom system design, installation, maintenance, and support
- Custom AV support & maintenance for units with IS service agreements
- Conference Center AV support
- AV systems design, consultation, R&D, and installation for campus projects
- AV equipment check-out service for UMKC faculty, staff, and students
- Digital Signage maintenance and support program (RISE)
- Videoconferencing system maintenance and support for the UMKC campus
- Limited audio-visual support for UMKC events
