My name is Katie (she/her), and I’ve been at UMKC since 2007. I love being a part of a university in which learning, equity, and care are all valued, and I particularly enjoy helping students identify their niche within higher education. Residential Life is an instrumental part in creating a safe, developmentally-focused university community in which students can thrive, and, as Associate Director, I want to ensure residents know they matter and they belong. Please stop by the main Residential Life office (room 2004 in Oak Street Hall) to say hello, and, if you ever want to talk about hockey, metal music, or the latest true crime sensation, be prepared to stay a while!
