Exchange Online Migration  

office-365UM System is in the final stages of migrating over 39,000 email mailboxes from residing locally in Columbia to the cloud-based Office 365 platform.  This will bring greater integration with other Office 365 applications, shared calendars with students, greater security, and improved reliability.    

Immediately following the migration of mailboxes assigned to people, a similar project will start to move resource/shared mailboxes to Office 365.  Updated information about resource/shared mailboxes and the migration project in general can be found at our Migration FAQ or our updated Email website.

Report A ProblemThe Technology Support Center offers a full range of technology-related services, from first point-of-contact to advanced technical support for University computers and peripherals. Our team works to resolve computer and account-related technical issues remotely on first contact where possible. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, technicians will be dispatched onsite to find a solution. Customer requests may also be escalated to other subject matter experts within Information Services, as appropriate.

Monday through Friday - 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday – Closed
