You might be feeling pain or the discomfort of not knowing how to be an effective ally to those in pain; you might also have turned your pain into compassion and community support and/or witnessed others who exemplify the mutual benefits of getting into good trouble.”

Faculty Diversity Dialogues is a collaborative initiative with UMKC Division of Diversity and Inclusion, the UMKC Provost’s Office and the UMKC Faculty Senate. FDD provides a space to openly discuss topics relating to diversity and inclusion. Diversity Dialogue sessions are specifically designed for faculty, and are faculty-run and faculty-oriented. The co-chairs are Mikah Thompson and Steve Dilks. The FDD Advisory Board is chaired by Jennifer Santee.
