Annual Enrollment is October 21–November 1, 2024. You can make changes to your insurance elections for the 2025 plan year during this time. (For many insurance plans, the only other time you may make changes is if you have a qualifying family/employment status change.)*

Just like it is important to get your health checked annually, the same annual “benefit check-up” is important to help you make choices that support you in the coming year. There are a few steps you can take now to prepare:

Review information online
Annual Enrollment
Health Programs
Disability and Life Insurance

Compare plans and premiums

Attend a presentation
Learn more about your insurance options during a virtual presentation.

Get personalized assistance
Book a one-on-one appointment with your HR Generalist for help with insurance and enrollment questions.

If you do not wish to make changes to your elections, no action is required on your part. The benefit elections you made in 2024 will continue into 2025, with the exception of a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), which requires re-enrollment each year.

Check your current information
Even if you don’t plan to make changes to your insurance plans, you should still log in to myHR to:

  • Review your current benefit elections.
  • Make sure your dependent and beneficiary information is up to date, correct and complete.
  • Confirm the addresses on file are accurate.
