Topics which may be covered are Truth-in-Lending Act, Uniform Consumer Credit Code, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act; Interstate Land Sales Disclosure Act, Federal Trade Commission and Missouri Attorney General activity, Missouri consumer credit legislation, consumer warranties, consumer class actions, abusive collection practices.
