GIS for Urban Planning

The introductory level GIS course is designed to expose graduate students to Geographical Information Systems (GIS). Students will learn basic concepts and theories of GIS and application of GIS sfotware with hands-on experience. Students will also learn how to search for demographic, socio-economic, land use, transportation, and geospatial data.
