Real Estate Market Analysis and Feasibility Study

This course will enable students to understand the steps used to determine the highest and best use of any parcel of real estate. Students will learn marketplace factors that influence supply and demand, demographic and psychographics information, basic design parameters used to maximize the utility of land, as well as the political process to consider when developing a parcel of land to it's highest and best use. Prerequsites: DSOM 5508 and FIN 5532
