Continues the focus from MIL-SCI 316 on doctrinal leadership and tactical operations at the small unit level. Instructional modules include: Army branches, Army leadership, philosophy, dynamics of a group environment, oral and written presentation skills, culminating in instruction in national and Army values and ethics. This critical semester synthesizes the carious components of training, leadership and team building. Prerequisites: MIL-SCI 316; Corequisite: MIL-SCI 312. Offered: Spring Semester.
